- Remove unused variable and redundant comments/echo statements in main.nf
- Remove obsolete files: simple.nf, test.nf, generate_patients.sh,
  test_synthea.sh, trace.txt, docker-compose.yml
  (all referenced local-only synthea-module-generator image)
